How to Use Sulphate-Free Shampoo

This shampoo uses gentle, plant-derived cleansers that produce less foam but clean just as effectively — without damaging the scalp environment. Less lather means less stripping. That is the entire point.

Is sulphate-free shampoo really better for hair growth?

Yes. Sulphates strip the scalp's protective sebum, which disrupts the follicle environment and contributes to long-term thinning. Studies have shown that SLS can reduce new hair growth significantly compared to gentler cleansers. A sulphate-free formula preserves the scalp's natural oils, supports a healthier follicle environment, and protects the foundation of hair growth. It is the cleanest base for any hair growth routine.

Will it leave my hair feeling greasy?

It can in the first 1–2 weeks as your scalp adjusts. Most people have built up product residue and excess oil from years of sulphate stripping — and the scalp temporarily over-produces sebum to compensate. After a short adjustment period, oil production rebalances and your hair feels cleaner for longer between washes. If hair feels heavy initially, a second wash on each cycle helps.

Is it safe for coloured or keratin-treated hair?
